Lights switched on in cinema throughout the movie

Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> Myself and two friends went to watch the movie Vir Altyd yesterday 06 March 2016 the12:15 show in cinema 4. We were seated in the middle row and noticed that when the movie started the main lights were not switched off. What made our experience terrible was that the bright lights next to the main screen was over powering and shining right in our faces. I decided to call the service desk to complain and was told that they would attend to the problem yet they never swithced off the light. <br> <br> I feel that as paying customers this is unacceptable.<br> <br> Regards<br> Concerned customer.
