Lies and Pathetic service!!!!!!

Tried to book movie tickets online and money was deducted from my account yet I never got my tickets. After eventually getting through to someone at the call centre I was told to wait 24 hours and the money would "jump back" into my account. When this never happened I was then told to email the call centre and they would refund the amount to me. It was first 3 days, then 7 days then 7-14 working days. It is now the 14th working day and STILL no refund and no one replies to my email or my facebook messages to tell me what is going on?!?!?!

I want my money refunded!!!!!!!!!!!

Should be...... but obviously wasn't because the service, or at least lack there of is an absolute joke!!!! I don't care to talk to any of you as you all lie. Just refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
