Late For A Movie Due To Staff Incompetence- What A Joke
We arrived 20 minutes early for a movie this morning with ONE lady serving the popcorn counter. After repeating our simple order 3 times it was a massive struggle teaching HER how to use the card machine as well. This resulted that we were 20 minutes LATE for the movie. Charging R25 for a 500 ml water ???!! How is that justified ?? Oh and they "forgot" to turn off the lights and only did so half way through. Joke of the year. See you soon NuMetro
