LADIES BATHROOMS A DISGRACE!!!

Went to watch Magic Mike on Sat. - 11/07/2015 20h15. The ladies bathroom was in a state. Of all the cubicles available NOT ONE had toilet paper in it. There is no soap for your hands & and one of the dispensers is broken lying on the sink. I complained to the manager who apologised & and said that he would attend to it. Little did he know that the very next day we would be back to watch Inside Out - 12/07/2015 14h15. Status: STILL EXACTLY the same. He didn't even bother! This is unacceptable & and despicable. The ladies toilets smell worse than the men's. Now I know that most of the service in Three Rivers is not upto scratch, but I associate this with STER KINEKOR as you guys screen & and hire your staff. So you should know whether or not they are capable enough. I shudder to think what the movie theatre looks like once the lights are turned on. Cannot wait for Vanderbijlpark theatres to open, as I know that there is a lot of us who travel to Three Rivers, only to get to the cinema. Hopefully they will be better maintained & and won't slack after their millions are made. I am utterly appalled that anyone would be ok with this!
