Lacking basic cleanliness and good service

This is the only Ster Kinekor in the Vaal and one would expect decent facilities because your cinemas is the nearest for all living in the Vaal. I am disgusted with the overall lack in cleaning the place. Pop corn and cool drink everywhere, the one guy almost slipped and fell. Some toilets are blocked and causes unpleasant smell in bathrooms. The snack shelves are empty and during peak times staff struggle to keep up and people have to wait for dcard machines. Also, in the actual movie, the screen resolution is not properly adjusted for as the actors heads get cut off at the top. I am really disappointed how things went down hill for this cinema. This is the only cinema in the Vaal so why take that for granted? The least you can do is offer a pleasant experience for the people. When the cinemas open in the Vaal Mall you guys will have empty cinemas.
