Lack of staff

The limited staff at the counters cannot cope with the queues of people waiting to buy popcorn and 3D glasses.<br> Surely a company like this could do a better job of staffing the confectionary counters. We arrived half an hour early but had to wait almost an hour for popcorn and miss the movie.
