LACK OF SERVICE, NO STOCK, BAD ATTITUDE

Firstly, the snack kiosk RAN OUT of Slush Puppy? Secondly, they had NO ICE and the Coke was flat. Thirdly, there were NO STRAWS! All this on a Public Holiday when they should expect more customers? The worst part was the attitude of the staff when you complain. They just shrug their shoulders with no Customer Service whatsoever. I sent them a complaint on Tuesday regarding all of this and to date - NO REPLY. Movies are not cheap, never mind the exorbitant cost of refreshments at the Snack Kiosk. Our family outing ruined by this horrible experience. This better be sorted out pronto or Ster Kinekor will be losing a customer and I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know!
