Lack of Service from Ster-Kinekor

Good day to Who'm this may concern

I am deeply disappointed at the service that I have received from Ster-Kinekor recently.

I booked two tickets for the release of the movie: Avengers Endgame through the Ster-kinekor Mobile, I made the payement and the money went off from my account but I never received my tickets.

I waited for an hour and still no confirmation of my booking came through, I then called their costomer care service and emailed them my proof of payment and that I never received my tickets.

They responded via email saying that they were in the process of dealing with the matter. The next day, I phoned them to tell them that the they can keep the money and that all I wanted was my tickets, than they told me, that its not possible and that they will send me my money back and than I will have to do they booking all over again.

I booked those tickets last week already and they still haven't returned my money or given me the tickets which I clearly actually want but they can't give that to me for some strange reason and I still haven't received my money, so I can't make a booking for new tickets.

This is very unprofessional and I actually enjoy going to their cinemas and this service is NOT fair and its not right because I paid for those tickets and the fact that they are so unwilling to help makes it even worse.

So its been more than a week now and I am still waiting, so please give me my tickets or give me back my money and I will go watch the movie somewhere else.
