Lack of service
<p>I am quite dissapointed by the poor or should I say lack of service I experienced last night. When I went to Ster-Kinekor New Town Junction having secured tickets on the app and only to get there and the Cinema was closed. It is common courtesy to inform customers of any issues especially if they have already secured tickets and had to drive all the way for WHAT?? I am highly dissapointed. I raised the concern on Facebook and to date nothing has been done.</p>
