Killed my joy n waste of money

My joy was seriously disturbed, on Friday night I took my husband out since its was his birthday. We drove 45 kilos from kriel to Secunda. We just moved to the erea so were so fascinated when we saw mc Donald cos there's none in kriel. Because we love their fries n ice cream, we decided to buy but it was almost the time for the movie to start then we took our snacks with. To my surprise we were told by Dimakatso that we should not take our ice cream inside since we didnt buy it there . She didn't want to hear our story n said she will keep them inthe fridge. Was so shocked ut was just n ice cream n leaving it witn her didn't make sense for me ..but tgen later we went to collect the ice cream which I so much wanted to eat only to find out its niw milk with sugar. How do we employ ppl who cant use their logic, ppl that r customer centric. It would have nit hurt if she allowed us to go inside with it n warn us that its not be repeated. It was ice n everyone knows what happens to it if there's no cool environment. My heart was broken n my money was wasted cos I had to throw the ice cream, besides how was I exp expected to eat it afta being exposed like that.Spoiled my day
