Keeping you money

We Purchased Premium tickets on 7 Feb. When we arrived on the 8th there was loadshedding at the Grove Mall. We then purchased n9rmal tickets for the normal show. We requested a refund on the 10th and still no feedback. this is horrible service. Why dont you pay my money?
