Issues that need fixing with Prestige

We have used Cradlestone Prestige on many occasions and this is our favourite movie experience. We noticed that it is closed for renovations and I want to repeat the issues i have raised many many times previously but for which I have not received a response, so that these can be fixed during the renovations.<br> <br> Firstly, the walkway to the seats is dangerous. My wife slipped and fell onto the seats below and with that went all of the drinks, popcorn etc.... and she was hurt but decided not to make a scene about this and just sat down. This happened early 2014 and I reported this many times but with no response. I regard this as a serious safety issue. A few weeks later we witnessed a lady do the same thing. Some critical redesign is necessary to make this safer.<br> <br> Secondly, the tables are great but they are in the wrong place. When the seats fold back it is not possible to reach to the table to get coffee, drinks, etc... They should be at least 30cm further back since you need access to this when the seat is folded, not when it is upright! This is a very poor initial design and I have again reported this problem at least 4 times (email and telephone) but without any response.
