Irritated because of poor service

So I came to the Ster Kinekor at Mall@ Carnival. Ordered a Slush, and mind you the machine doesn't allow you toix the slush flavors. So when we got to collecting our snacks, when I requested that the guy at the till mix 2 flavors, he started tellinge that they don't do that here. When I queried that other Ster Kinekor allow us to mix, he had the audecity to tell me that those movie houses are breaking the law!!! How is that any of my business as a customer??? He then told me that he deals with stock so he can not mix for me! Again, how is that any of my business what he does here at Ster Kinekor??? Honestly, this was the most irritating service I've received. Wonder if we'll ever come here again... Doubt it though...
