<p>I am a firm believer of good customer Service as this paves the way to a successful business … … Yesterday, 27 November 2016 my family and I decided to watch a movie at your Irene branch and was most disappointed in the service we have received from the manager and staff but more surprisingly the Manager herself who was as common as a brick. Keep in mind we were not the first to complain as the toilets reeked of urine and almost everyone was messed with faeces so my twins were unable to use the Loo but the rude manager with an attitude felt that this was normal.</p> <p>Busi Sangane (employee No ********** 1) who identified herself as a manager we assumed was a joke. She lacked every s**** imaginable and when we requested for the employee number and surname to be written down I got the paper thrown at my face. If I had ever seen incompetence, this woman would be the face of it. The first thing you do not do a manager is come out of your office with your face stuffed to capacity as if you had never seen food.</p> <p>Instead of listening to our complaint and trying to assist, we were shunned off and basically ignored as we were disturbing her lunch at 11:00.</p> <p>What a bad example and a put off to the Irene village mall who in my opinion had a good reputation PREVIOSLY. Well you can thank Busi Sangane for that.</p>
