incorrect information

On Friday, May 24, my wife and I went to Sterkinekor in Mitchell's Plain Promenade to watch a movie. I checked the times on their website beforehand to see how late the movie, John Wick Chapter 3, start. According to their website, it would start at 19:30. My wife and I were there at 19:00 and on our arrival I noticed on the display that the movie only starts at 20:30.

I was very upset and wanted to know at the cashiers why they are advertising incorrect times on their website. The lady said the information on their website was incorrect and she couldn't be blamed for it.

My wife and I were upset and had to wait an hour and a half before we could watch the movie, which was unfair to us.

I suggest that Ster - Kinekor keep their information up-to-date and provide accurate information on their website to prevent their clients from being inconvenient.

No apology was offered and made me realize that I was the wrong one.

I am very disappointed in the service I received as well as the misleading incorrect information.
