***********, slow and unhelpful

On the 27/03/2016 we booked to watch a movie at 20:45. we decided to purchase popcorn and we went to the new system and tried to purchase the mega combo, there was no sign to say out of stock. we waited for the lady behind the till to tell us that we cannot select that combo due to it being out of stock, another delay as we had to wait for her. there was only 1 lady assisting 4 tills and this being a new system der should have been atleast 2 people assisting customers. we eventually placed our order and then needed the ladys assistance, another delay as she was assisting others. We eventually joined the line to get our orders placed, we waited 40 mins, there was 6 ppl in front of us. the cooldrink dispensers were the queue was, was empty. the lady had to wait to use the other dispensers. we missed 1hour due to the terrible service received. the system was quicker when the tellers and service was in 1. I will never b able to get the time back, the workers are extremely slow and you'll need to get a better and more effective system. you can even check the cameras on that night to confirm the above.How will this be avoided in future? how will we be compensated?
