Incompetency throughout entire experience

1. Arrived 15 min before movie to stand in line for popcorn and received it 10 min after movie was scheduled to start. Understaffed. <br> 2. Was looking forward to spicing my popcorn with a mixture of butter salt (which they did not have) and sour cream and chives, which they appeared to have but instead, turned out to be more salt/salt and vinegar. Needless to say, popcorn was over-salted and spoilt.<br> 3. Arrived 15 min late from scheduled start time and movie had not even started. I am currently sitting in the theatre 55 min after scheduled starting time and no news yet. Even after people have gone to complain.<br> Unacceptable. Doubt any movie theatre can top this incompetency.<br> <br> A follow up regarding statements above:<br> <br> After an hour, information circled around the theatre that the movie would not be shown. We all had our tickets signed by a worker to be reused, as the manager was not there and could not be reached (how could there not be a manager on the premises for a pre-screening of a movie?). I feel this compensation was not enough, considering travel, poor service and lack of any communication for the entire hour waiting.
