Incompetant staff
Sent away and told we could only purchase tickets @ 10.30 for Star Wars 11pm advertised show. Purchased tickets and watched her turn other customers away. 30 minutes into the movie it was stopped due to \air con issues"but clearly because she wanted to go home. We were refunded tickets which does not cover .. The price we paid for tickets .. The transport .. The exhorbitant price paid for popcorn etc .. The stuffed up evening >"
