Incompatent unprofessional staff

Your staff are arrogant and rude. They don't understand how age restriction on movies work. 10-12PG your manager and staff said on your child must be 12 years of age to watch. When I politely said from 10-12 years PG watch with parents and from 12 can go without a parent. He just said you wasting my time and walked away. I was gob smacked, like where does your company find such people? I'm seriously thinking of taking this further it would make headlines. Because even the lady at the kiosk was rattling on when we turned to leave so I went back to confront her and said excuse me what did u just mumble- and she **** and said I said thank you, but I heard what she said and no way in hell was it just a thank you.
