Inappropriate trailer for young viewers

I took my children to see Sherlock Gnomes at Ster-Kinekor on June 2. My children are 6 and 8. One of the trailers shown was totally inappropriate for very young viewers, Jurassic World. My daughter was very scared, cried and wanted to go home after seeing a dinosaur creeping up on a child. I emailed Ster-Kinekor that same evening and received an automated acknowledgement of my email. That's it. I have not had any contact from Ster-Kinekor and find this unacceptable. My child is traumatised. Us parents should know that we can safely take our young children to cinema and all content will be vetted to be appropriate.
