Imposible Ticket cancelation

I booked tickets online and due to a funeral l am unable to go to the movies.. Im trying to postpone the movie tickets or cancel but l cant seem to get through to the number given on the site. It's very disappointing service and a waste of lots of money 4 tickets and combos
