Imax troubles

I went to Cradlestone yesterday to watch Infinity War, but the bulb of the Imax theatre blew, so they had to replace that... Fine, these things happen... But then when the movie finally started over an hour late it wasn't in 3D!? I assume this was the case because the bulb was not set up properly or something as the movie I paid for was supposed to be in 3D... Such a waste of so much money because of technical difficulties. I usually love cradlestone, even though it is far out of my way, but this was disappointing.
