Imax Online booking

<p>I made two online bookings for friends and family, to watch Fast and Furious 8 at the Imax on sunday 16 April. The first booking as done and sorted. The second booking for 3 people, was booked and paid for. However the website was down and then I called immediatly and received a reference number to confirm the tickets are booked. When we got to Cape Gate on sunday, I was able to retrieve my first booking for 4 tickets successfully, i then tried to retrieve the boking for 3 people and nothing was found on the system. (***) The guy at the teller then said that this has happened frequently and the call centre of Ster kinekor says we should still go to the cinema it will all be fine. However it was not. I then called in yesterday, and kept on getting cut off due to network issues. One of my encounters with the call centre agent went as follows. I explained the situation and the lady tells me "Yes, but did you explain to the manager and did you ask to reschedule" Yes I explained to the manager and why would I book tickets for sunday and want to reschedule? I then asked why is the fact that I paid for the tickets and the problem with your systems now my problem? She then rep**** "yes, but you wanted to watch the movie" It is at this point at which I got cut-off again. I was very disappointed with the way this agent handled the call. As the guy at Cape Gate told me the money will be reversed, but yet this call centre agent felt the need to tell me that I should have resheduled. </p>
