IMAX experience a let down

<p>I, together with my son visited the Bay West Ster Kinekor last night to watch Sully (19h30). The said movie was being shown in the IMAX cinema. When the ad's ran (pre movie) the images where hazy and not defined; so we thought that the problem would be rectified during the main movie. Sadly not!</p> <p>The entire movie was not clear, undefined and just poor quality. This against the premium pricing of watching a movie in the IMAX cinema!</p> <p>The problem was reported to the duty manager, by several people during the movie; however she said she could not resolve he problem.</p> <p>After the movie I addressed the issue again with her. She asked for my details and promised to revert back to me today with a satisfactory resolution. I left my business card with her - yet today she has failed to keep her promise and there has been no contact from anyone at Ster Kinekor!</p> <p>What a disappointment!</p> <p>I trust that following this post I will receive feedback from Ster Kinekor?</p> <p>Michael</p> <p> </p>
