imax experiance ruined

<p>I went to eastgate last night to go watch a movie with friends for an imax experince, it was not a good experience.</p> <p>To start after booking our tickets when payment was required it kept giving an error and try again, after calling a staff member over they helped me on one off the staff terminals. which took longer then a normal booking. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then bought drinks and popcorn only to get to the food stand to be told they dont have soda. get a different drink. After paying for a large coke I dont want to recieve a small water so I asked for a refund it took a long time before somebody came to help and process the refund which then took so long we missed the start of our movie. </p> <p> </p> <p>The staff was unhelpfull and unpleasant to deal with it was not enjoyable and a good movie was ruined by useless staff. In the past I very much enjoyed imax but not sure i will go back to eastgate ster kinekor.</p> <p> </p>
