Imax 3D horrible experience
well I brought two tickets for predator online on Imax
the only option that was there for glasses was 3D no Imax (apperently there is a difference that I didnt know of because its not on the app)
I go there I redeem my tickets and extras, they give me 3D glasses and said there is a difference between the 3d glasses and Imax glasses, I explained to them that there was no option for Imax glasses and asked them to exchange the glasses as they are the same price!
they said I must buy glasses again, even when they asked the manager the manager declined! instead they told me to logg a complain. which I am doing now
I need my refund as I had to buy two additional glasses for the Imax movie
