Ignorned no response!

I am joining all the rest of the poor customers that have complained to Ster-Kinekor. All the ones I can see on Hello Peter who have lodge a complaint, been ignored and then lodge another. All our complaints are just completely ignored by this giant of a company that could care less. After my complaint at the beginning of the month and a short automated response saying that Ster-Kinekor would get back to me in 54 hours (3 Feb 2015) I have STILL heard nothing!! Nothing at all. They ***** my money and then just hope I will go away! Clearly I am not the only one who continues to have this experience with Ster-Kinekor. Am really disgusted! My previous complaint number: ***
