I will never go to the movies at Cresta again

I will never go to the movies at Cresta again. <br> <br> On Saturday we went to the movies at Cresta, the 17:30 show. We bought our tickets and then stood in the queue to get cooldrinks and popcorn (this took about 30 minutes as there were only 2 servers and a massive queue). <br> <br> We were half way through the movie that we picked when the power just went. We were then told that it is loadshedding - no emergency lights went on or anything as Ster-Kinekor Cresta does not have a generator. There must be some sort of safety regulation that forces them to have emergency lights at least. <br> <br> After finding our way out in the dark. We then had to wait in a queue again for another 40 minutes to get our money back. Initially they just wanted us to come back on another day and not give us the money back. <br> <br> How can they do this? They make a fortune out of people with their popcorn, sweets and drinks that they sell even though they know that they will be loadshedded and that the movies will stop half way through? <br> <br> The amount of time that it took us in queues was longer than the amount of time that we watched the movies before it all went dark again. <br> <br> Never again Cresta Ster-kinekor !!!!!
