I WANT MY REFUND!!!

I am trying to get in contact with someone in Customer Care regarding a double debit from my account for the subscription club. I WANT MY REFUND NOW!! AND I WANT TO CANCEL!! No one is answering the phone. Emails are blocked. Terrible service and I will never again support this business again!
