I want my refund!

I booked tickets and bought snacks online to watch Avatar at your N1 city branch and when I got there they had loadshedding so we couldn't watch the movie, I asked for a refund but apparently they can't issue refunds at the cinema and I had to call the customer care line, when I called they couldn't issue the refund as well and I had to email *** for a refund, I emailed and I never got a response. I spent over R800 and I need to struggle to get my damn money back
