Sterkinekor at fourways mall turned us away on Friday, 11 Nov saying they double-booked seats for Black Panther. We were only given the option to go watch another movie "Black Adam" as it was the only one still with available seats. When we refused to watch a movie we care nothing about, we were just ignored and sent away. Eventually, the manager decided to take our numbers and said they would call us for a way forward but I never got a callback or a refund. I want my money back, please!!!!!!
