I accidentally booked movies for the wrong date; Ster Kinekor happily refunded me

I didn't expect to get a refund when I booked tickets for the wrong date, and I was expecting to have to pay again (and full price this time, as you can't use discount cards for the same movie twice), but to my surprise when I phoned Ticketline, Ster Kinekor refunded me for my tickets right away so I could book again for the correct date, and I was even able to use my discount cards again. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who helped me, but thank you so much.
