Human rights violation at the cinema

I took my son to Blue Route Ster-Kinekor today and had my human rights violated. Instead of checking tickets, there are two woman searching handbags. When I queried this, they claim they have a right to do this to prevent people bringing snacks into the cinema and they will not allow you to enter the cinema unless they are allowed to do this. I believe it is ******* to demand to scratch through my personal effects in my handbag on these grounds ... it is a violation of my human rights and I am seeking legal advice to this effect because I did not give permission when I bought my ticket.
