Horror Night (Ster-Kinekor Promenade)

Went last night to watch Night School, what a beautiful movie but the experience was horrible with service.

-My girlfriend lost her movie card so we get to pay for our tickets and they say the card has been used already, so we ask 3 staff members and no one knows how we can block this card or get a new one we just left all 3 that staff because the movie was about to start.

-So we get inside then there's kids aged say bout 7/8 years of age with a movie restrictions of 16 years and they talking and being a disturbance throughout the movie.

Worst experience ever, could I get a call from management to explain what I can do about my girlfriend lost card and to explain to me how kids under 16 was allowed inside and to be such and disturbance.
