Horroble service at Mall of Africa Ster Kinekor

I bought tickects a day before Monday 23rd for the 02:30 IMax Lion King and when i got there two tickets for my kids bought yesterday was dated for the same day and i did not book for Monday as per cashier that assisted me. They told me to go in and i bought myself a movie ticket then pop corn then walked in to the movie cine to make sure my kids are safe. When i was in i found out that the sets are took are used and when out to get the guys to tell me which sets i can take for my kids. They told me they can not help and told me to talk to the manager who was rude an halpfull and told me to leave if i want to. He treated me like trash and never even took time to stand up from his chair to find out what was the issue. I deminded my cash and they took 30min to give me my money and told me to call a help line for my complaint if i want to. Is this the kind of service we get from you? I am really disappoited and my kids did not watch the movie the came for. I will make sure that this is all in social media and you are exposed of how you treat us.
