HORRIFIC SERVICE AT CRADLESTONE STER KINEKOR

We paid R400 to watch the new spiderman movie at Cradlestone Mall. When ended up standing in line to get snacks for over an hour, this in turn led to us missing the first 45 min of the movie. The manager on duty did not care about our issue and advised us to get in contact with customer care. Upon reaching out to customer care I am now told that in order to get a refund I will need to send an email to head office and they cannot assist me. I will never watch a movie at ster-kinekor again.
