Horrific service at Baywest Ster-Kinekor

Worst experience of my life. Firstly I won movie tickets for the cine prestige which they loaded the value of tickets onto gift cards. Tried to pay for my tickets to be made to wait and told after 30 minutes waiting that the gift cards don't register on the system. I then out of my pocket paid for the tickets as I had made the trip across town for the movie and petrol isn't cheap. I then wanted to have the full experience and order food in the prestige lounge. Only to be told they dont have stock of items on the menu. And sat in the lounge almost 40 minutes before anyone realised we were in there waiting to be helped. Really and truly the night cost me an arm and a leg for shocking service and an honest waste of my time. The only good thing I left with is that the movie was actually good. Baywest Ster-Kinekor please get your act together. Shouldnt even get a single star, should be zero stars.
