Horrific Service

<p>Website has been down for days, been trying to book and select my seats. The website is unable to do this. Have called the call centre to book tickets and their systems are down too. Staff at call centre very unhelpful not willing to go the extra mile to assist rather just leave you on hold until the line cuts off. Very disatisfied customer. would like a response to this post</p>
