Horrid Horrid Website
Good day,
Your website is so un-user-friendly, Every time I try to find out which movies show at which times and which locations it either shows movies that is currently not showing, and even if I go through the trouble of jumping through the hoops of selecting experience, date and time then it give errors. The most horrid website experience of my life and if that is not enough you guys even have it at your pay stations these days. Have you ever put a person in front of that software and see if they can figure it out? Have you done any ux analysis of any kind. I am so frustrated with your product and since I am quite tech savvy I cannot be the only one…..
For heaven’s sake if you guys don’t want us to see what is currently showing at your cinemas on the website please just have a simple pdf so that we can see what is currently showing.
