Horrible Sound,Complain - no response - NO SERVICE

On 12 December 2015 me and my boyfriend went to Eikestad Mall for a movie, and we experience some not so nice things I then complained on the Ster-Kinekor Facebook page, and they responded quickly. saying someone will be contacting me. As of yet NO ONE has contacted me.<br> <br> On 12/04/2016 we went to Somerset Mall Ster-Kinekor to watch In the heart of the sea. The speakers was scratching badly. My boyfriend complained after the movie to the manager on duty, and asked to be compensated for the movie as it was really not a good experience, which was a pity as the movie was excellent. The lady took down his contact details and said someone will contact him today. As of yet, no one has contacted him yet.<br> <br> Again I complained on the Ster-Kinekor Facebok page. They messaged me back that someone will contact me within 2 days. This was on 13/01/2016. On 19/01/2016 I messaged them again, and they rep**** with : Ster-Kinekor Theatres 11:46am<br> Hi, we have followed up with the team. We will help ensure that this matter gets treated as priority. <br> <br> It's now a day later, and still NOTHING.<br> I'm absolute disgusted to say the least.
