Horrible service & no aircon

I went to go finally watch a movie I wanting to see for a lonnngg?gg time.. when we got to the beverage lane I had to wait for over half an hour in the queue when it was finally my turn (no one behind me) the tiller decided to just leave.....making me soooo late for my movie and not havi g at least the decency to let me know sorry she can't help me...she literary just ignored me and left that kind of workmanship is just disgusting....afterwards we got into the theatre and because I was late my seat got take by someone else...AGAIN so instead of making a scene I had to sit in the front row killing my neck....and to make everything even more wonderful they didn't switch on the aircon so it felt like we were watching this film in the Sahara desert....
