Horrible service and broken site ( 4 Nov 2016)
<p>I was looking forward to whatching dr strange on the 4th of november at 8, at gateway , imax. When trying to book the normal way of going online . I go through all the steps of the new site, only to be told on the last page that there is an error processing my payment, but i have not even been asked to enter any payment methods? I proceed to phone the customer care line who informs me that i need to use the call centre as the webiste is in the process of being updated. I have no issue with this and proceed to phone the call centre, only to be told i will be charged a consultation fee. So in essence i am being forced to use the call centre, because of their lack of planing , and i am expected to pay the fee. Surely this is unaceptable. Their lack of planing should not affect the customer. The manager informed me she cannot waiver the fee and that she will phone me back when the IT department has sorted out the issues.</p>
We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. Please bypass the website login for now by just choosing your movie and cinema. Ignore the "Sign in" part, choose the movie and cinema, the time and number of seats. The website gives you card options for which to book. Then there is a grey space next to the number of tickets. Add the loyalty card number, then click on "add", and if you chose more seats and have another card number, please add that now, in the same space as before. Only one card number at a time can be inserted. Then it takes you to the cinema seating plan where you can choose the seats. After that you insert your name, email and contact details and credit card details.
Please remember to click that you have read the T's and C's before completing the booking.

Great advice, i will use it, in the past.. roughly 3 months in the past, wonder if the movie i wanted to see is even still showing. Here is a tip, next time rather just dont reply if you gonna take months.
