Horrible service!!!

<p>I have been to ster kinekor and activated my Edgar's club card membership and was promised to receive a 50% discount on my two of my tickets. However, despite my card being activated, which I had to pay an additional R30 for, I did not receive the discount and was ********** by ster kinekor. I emailed them and they promised to get back to me within 24 hours and it's been 4 days now and still no feedback. I sent a message via Facebook to the ster kinekor page and they said that they have flagged my complaint to ster kinekor and still no feedback. They overcharged me and are not willing to apologize in away way let alone give me a refund. </p> <p>Please be careful when visiting ster kinekor as they are certainly *********** in every way.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
