horrible service!!!!

Good day. On the eve of the 27th we had gone to watch batman vs superman in the imax theatre. Hoping for an awesome experience, everything was totally ruined by the long ques for popcorn. Firstly there were no instructions as to where one collect the popcorn after booking at the self service counter. What is the use of having a self service counter in the first place if every1 ends up in the same que. Secondly the que did not move!!! We stood for about 30min and had only moved about 3 people infront of us. Maybe you should have more counters to form shorter faster ques, and also have a pick up section for those who used the self service counter. Thirdly i had asked various of your employees if i should stand in the same popcorn line if i am watching imax and they said yes. After over hearing the people standing infront of me about the imax counter upstairs we then moved to go upstairs after already wasting 30min of our time downstairs. This was not any better as they were out of cold drinks as well as many other treats, and the person helping our que just left leaving us all stranded!!! We wasted another 20min there wth only 1 person helping!!! Missing nearly 20min of the movie
