Horrible popcorn and slush system

We visited the movies at Irene Mall on Sunday afternoon and was late for our movie due to the exceptionally poor system implemented at the popcorn and slush counters. The system entails placing your order after standing in a que, and then standing in a second que toe collect your order. I don't know who's idea this system was but it is not working. The horrible service we received was not only teething issues, it is simply a bad idea that hasn't been critically thought through. I will not be returning to Irene Ster Kinekor until this outrageously ineffective system has been discarded.
