Horrible First Time Experience

On Sunday night I went to the Eastgate Imax for the first time. <br> It was the worst experience ever. Plus I had guests from CT and they couldn't believe how unorganized this place was.<br> We booked our tickets online but we had to buy snacks at the cinema.<br> We stood in the line for 45 minutes and missed the beginning of the movie.<br> The manager was out of sight and when he finally arrived we asked if they could delay the movie and he said no.<br> He then told us to go upstairs and they would deliver the snacks into the cinema so that we don't miss the beginning. When we got upstairs they said no we must wait for our stuff. <br> They had no coke and gave us slush that was watery. <br> It was the worst snacks I ever had in a cinema.
