Horrible experience Ster Kinekor not a great option

Poor service is tolerated at Ster Kinekor.

I booked online after getting a birthday gift but could not for some reason use it.

I then paid for the movies for my daughter and I to watch Mer****. We got to the movies and we still had to wait in line (what is the point of booking and getting tickets as well as snacks if there is no collect service. We waited close to 30 minutes to be swerved and just made it to the movie.

The toilets are also not clean and no toilet paper.

The service is really **********. Also the movie theater 6 is a kids movie but the kids don’t watch and are playing in the theater making it very difficult to hear the movie (there is a play area) which must be moved to go somewhere else.
