Horrible experience by Ster Kinekor
<p>I booked 2 tickets for the Kong - Skull Island Outdoor Experience, that was to be held st St. Stitians on 09March at 19:00.</p> <p>On the day, around 15:00 it stared raining. </p> <p>Queries were being asked on the Ster Kinekor page, regarding the viewing due to the weather. But they kept on giving us false hope that the show will continue in spite of the obvious rainy weather. </p> <p>Next thing I get a sms stating that the show has been cancelled due to the weather and full refunds will be given. </p> <p>Received an email on 10March regarding processing the refund. I followed all the instructions given. </p> <p>Today its 24March and I am yet to receive my refund. </p> <p>What the hell??? </p> <p>The communication on the day of the event was pitiful, now to add insult to injury refunds have still not been processed</p>
