HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT STER KINEKOR THE GROVE, PRESTIGE

We booked tickets for the pre- sreening of Avengers infinity war on the 26th april 20:30, we arrived at the cinemas a half-hour early to buy popcorn and relax in the cinema prestige "lounge". We were told the trailers will start at halfpast and our tickes said the same, so we waited. We entered the cinema at 20:25 just to find that the movie started 30 min ago! We missed the entire first 25 min. Then a hour into the film it stopped and the lights went on.. the staff didn't notice, so we had to call someone and ask them if they knew their projector stopped ? It took them a full hour to fix the problem, the movie started where it ended off but 5min in, the film jumped to the end and the sound was behind.. everyone was furious and left the cinema waiting for the manager to fix the problem or come up with a solution, but she had no interest in helping us.. and she didn't seem to know how their system works, so she called Albert the projector guy and he had us move to the imax cinema where we finished the film 4 HOURS LATER!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never EVER recomend this cinema!
