Horrible experience at Ster-Kinekor

I visited the Ster-Kinekor in The Bridge and did not expect the disappointing service and attitude that I received. We purchased our tickets without a problem and proceeded to the snacks counter to grab a snack.<br> I got my card out straight away before approaching the cashier with my order to indicate that I would be paying with card. We ordered a double take option and I asked if I could swap the sweet for an alternative as I cannot eat sweets with dairy in and the carrier refused, I understand that certain deals have restrictions and sometimes cannot be modified or changed but the way in which she did it was unacceptable. I then told her to add the sweet that I wanted to the order and that I didn't mind paying extra. I presented my card to her for payment and she sighed and stated that the card machines were offline, when she could have told me when I first presented my card to her before placing my order.<br> I had just seen another person pay with card and asked her politely if she could check another machine, I then moved to another machine which worked perfectly and we recieved our order to see that she had forgotten the other sweet that I had ordered which I still had to pay for.
